Office catering demand in Oklahoma City sits in two places. Downtown had about 51,200 employees in 2024 by the Downtown OKC Partnership's count, and Cushman & Wakefield says most office leasing in 2026 is landing in the North and Northwest submarkets. CBRE adds that the CBD and Northwest are getting the largest new Class A buildings in 2026 and 2027. Kamp's 1910 Cafe works downtown out of Automobile Alley, and Rococo Catering is on N. Pennsylvania Ave. Up north, Cowboy Chicken is in Memorial Square, FreshFit405 is on W Memorial Rd, Chef Curry To Go is in Town Village off W Hefner Rd, and Ned's Catering is on NW Expressway. Then there's Tinker Air Force Base, the largest single-site employer in Oklahoma at about 26,000 people, and the OU Health Sciences Center near downtown with around 5,000.
Only five of these fifteen caterers publish food prices. McAlister's Deli lists box lunches from $12.39 to $17.99, Swadley's Fine Catering starts boxed meals at $15 per plate with a 30 person minimum, and What's Cooking OKC charges $14 to $16 per person for entree meals, with 15 people minimum for delivery. Chef Curry To Go starts small group catering for 25 to 50 guests at $750, and Capers and Company prices its hot Drop and Go pans from $64 to $109. Rococo Catering requires a $400 minimum and a week's notice. FreshFit405 has no minimums or contracts. If you want to order without a phone call, Swadley's, Cowboy Chicken, McAlister's, Jason's Deli and Capers all take catering orders online. What's Cooking is the opposite. It takes orders by phone only, weekdays 10am to 5:30pm.
A few local details. Oklahoma does not charge sales tax on a delivery charge that is listed separately on the invoice, but caterers set their own fees. Kamp's adds 10% of the food and drink total with a $25 minimum, and The Prairie Gypsies charges $40 to deliver within its service area. Lead times run from same day at Cowboy Chicken to a week at Rococo, and Swadley's asks for a week on recurring office orders and two to three weeks for larger corporate events. If your event lands during a show at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, which has 200,730 square feet of exhibit space across from Scissortail Park, book early. Jason's Deli blocked our check and Running Wild Catering's site would not load, so call both.
