Lead times are short at the fast casual end. BIBIBOP needs three hours, Corporate Caterers and Taziki's ask for 24 hours, and The Rhined wants two days. A few local details help. Ohio treats a delivery charge as part of the sale price, so when the food is taxable the delivery fee is too. Apple Spice delivers free within 15 miles of its Blue Ash store at weekday lunch, but evening and weekend orders need 25 meals and an 18% gratuity. Cincinnati Catering wants $200 of food for delivery, a $200 nonrefundable deposit and a final count one week out for corporate events.
