That shapes who to call. Rocky Mountain Catering runs standard delivery within 15 miles of its Englewood kitchen. Gourmet For Good charges its lowest $20 delivery fee for Downtown, Cherry Creek, Glendale, Lowry and Greenwood Village. Little India lists Cherry Creek, Glendale and Englewood, and Three Tomatoes delivers up to 30 miles from its Denver kitchen.

Etai's box lunches run $11.89 to $21.29, Y.Lo Epicure's are $15 signature and $18 premium, Brothers BBQ bagged lunches are $16.99 to $20.99 with a 10 person minimum, Three Tomatoes starts box lunches at $16.75, and Silver Spoons starts boxed lunches and buffets at $18.95 per person. Carmine's on Penn is the outlier at about $50 per person for drop-off parties, with a $1,000 minimum. Lead times split in two. Etai's wants orders by 4pm the day before and Gourmet For Good by 3:30pm, while Rocky Mountain Catering and Three Tomatoes want about three days and Carmine's a week. Some Denver specifics before you order. Colorado's sales tax guidance says a delivery charge is not taxable when it is separable from the food and separately stated on the bill, and tips are not taxable when the full amount goes to the people who served. Read the fee lines closely. Brothers BBQ delivers bagged lunches free but adds an 18% gratuity, Rocky Mountain charges a 24% production fee on staffed buffets, and Three Tomatoes charges $175 to deliver within 7 miles and $225 out to 30.
