Citadel keeps about 500 people at 830 Brickell. Wynwood is the soft spot at 33% vacancy. Three of these fifteen caterers publish real prices. Corporate Caterers lists a $17.95 boxed lunch, specials at $14.95 to $15.95 per guest, a 10 person minimum and 24 hours notice. Rice Mediterranean Kitchen posts individual platters at $17.95 to $24.95, bowls at $16.95 to $19.95 and kabob packages from $190 for 10, and it takes orders on 4 hours notice. Graziano's prices trays from $40.99 to $299.99 and asado packages at $99 to $199 per person. For ordering without a phone call, Corporate Caterers, BreakThyme, Rice, Carrot Express, Latin Cafe and Graziano's all run online ordering. BreakThyme has a $60 delivery minimum and wants 24 hours, or 3 to 5 business days for 50 or more guests. Carrot Express needs 10 people and 24 hours. Sergio's wants 48 hours. Eggwhites asks for 2 to 4 weeks on corporate events, and Spuntino says most full-service jobs start at 30 guests.
A few local details. Florida taxes delivery charges unless they are separately stated and you could have picked up instead, and Miami-Dade's combined rate is 7%, so the all-in number matters. Eggwhites takes a 50% deposit, adds sales tax on top of the proposal and says its service fee is not a gratuity. Graziano's asado packages exclude 8% tax and 20% gratuity. Shorty's adds a 3% surcharge on credit cards from November 1. BreakThyme's delivery fee runs $30 to $120 by distance. Bill Hansen, Taste Corner and Dade County Food Group are quote-only, full-service houses. Havana Harry's catering is takeout only. Mami's 305 publishes no menu or prices, and Sergio's prices live in a PDF we could not open.
