This list is alphabetical, not ranked, and no caterer paid to be on it. We look for Las Vegas restaurants and catering companies that publish a real catering menu, handle drop-off or delivery for groups, and come up again and again when local offices talk about who they order from.

Las Vegas office demand has drifted to the suburbs. Cushman & Wakefield put valley-wide office vacancy at 12.1% in the third quarter of 2026, with Class A at 18.2%, but CBRE's second quarter numbers had the Southwest submarket at just 4.0% and the West at 6.4%. Lee & Associates says demand has moved toward Summerlin, Henderson and the Southwest. That matches where several caterers here work. BBQ Mexicana runs quick catering to Spring Valley, Summerlin and Henderson, Rachel's Kitchen delivers in Las Vegas and Henderson, and Pasta Shop cooks out of Henderson. Cafe Landwer is on West Charleston. Closer in, SoulBelly BBQ sits in the Arts District, a short drive from the 674 acre Medical District around University Medical Center and Valley Hospital.
Very few of these caterers put prices on their own site. All About Catering is the exception. It lists drop-off sandwiches at $18 to $23 per order, with a $750 food and beverage minimum for drop-off and $1,000 for staffed events, booked at least 48 hours out. Meraki Greek Grill builds its catering menu for parties of 10 or more and wants 24 hours' notice. Rachel's Kitchen has no pickup minimum, a 10 person minimum on box lunches, and says to expect $135 or more for delivery, with two days' notice. Rachel's Kitchen and All About Catering take orders online directly, while BBQ Mexicana, Cafe Landwer and SoulBelly BBQ send office orders through ezCater. NIBLL works by quote and gives each client an account manager.
A few local details matter. All About Catering charges $65 for delivery off the Strip and $100 for corporate events on or near it, plus a 12% to 20% service charge, a 50% deposit and 8.375% sales tax. Meraki charges $40 for delivery within 10 miles, $5 per extra mile and a 5% driver gratuity. Nevada's tax department treats catering setup and cleanup as taxable. Divine Events, Rollin Smoke Barbeque and Pasta Shop don't post prices, so expect a quote. The convention center expected up to 48 shows and about 1.23 million attendees in 2026, so book early around big show weeks. The Jason's Deli and Capriotti's websites blocked our checks, so confirm terms with your local store.
