The Airport Area absorbed 175,722 square feet in the second quarter of 2026 at 12.6% direct vacancy, the Irvine Spectrum's 15.3 million square feet was down to 9.7% direct vacancy by the third quarter, and North County was the tightest submarket at 8.0%. The list lines up with that. Taylor Made Cuisine, Saltwater Catering and Saiga all work out of Irvine, Sapphire and Beach Pit BBQ cook in Costa Mesa, and Canyon Catering, Above All and Aleppo's Kitchen are in Anaheim. That puts kitchens close to the county's two biggest employers too, Disneyland Resort with 36,000 people in Anaheim and UC Irvine with 34,300.
Six of the fifteen caterers publish prices. Sapphire's online office menus, called Sapphire Everyday, run $18 to $27 per person with a 10 person minimum; order by 1pm PT two business days ahead, with later orders adding a day. Saiga posts meal packages from $289 for 20 people to $719 for 50, with a $200 delivery minimum and one day's notice for 20 to 30 people if you order before 5pm. Beach Pit BBQ lists packages at $18.99, $23.99 and $29.99 per person, Thai Fix sells trays at $95 small and $190 large, and Aleppo's Kitchen and Lien Hue price by the tray. Canyon Catering doesn't post prices but asks for at least 3 business days on daily and boxed orders. NIBLL, Taylor Made, Jay's, Above All and Saltwater all start with a quote form.
A few local details before you order. California taxes a caterer's charges for preparing and serving food, and mandatory tips can be taxable too, so a staffed buffet costs more after tax than a drop-off. SOHO TACO adds a 20% gratuity, a travel fee and tax to every order, and its staff have a 4 hour minimum. Aleppo's Kitchen charges $50 to $100 for delivery inside Orange County, and Jay's charges extra to rent linens and chafers. NIBLL has no minimum on packaged drop-off meals but needs 50 people for an on-site buffet. Furiwa and Saltwater lean toward weddings and full-service events, and Heritage Barbecue keeps its prices in PDF menus behind an inquiry form. During big shows at the Anaheim Convention Center, the largest on the West Coast, book early.
